The non-league giant killers have already seen off Swindown Town, Derby County and Torquay United and will now face Manchester United on 19 or 20 February (date to be confirmed).
Speaking on Saturday after Crawley Town became only the sixth non-league side to progress to the fifth round since World War II, manager Steve Evans said it was his wish to play Sir Alex's men at Old Trafford.
"Who do I want in the fifth round? Everybody says Manchester United at Old Trafford and that would be great, particularly as it would be me, a Celtc fan, against Alex Ferguson, a Rangers man.
"Don’t worry, even if we go to Old Trafford, we’ll go there to win."
Meanwhile, Rio Ferdinand described the draw as "great for the fans and all concerned".
"Crawley Town... gotta say, this is why the buzz of the FA Cup can't be matched anywhere in the world."
